Our Process
Proposal
I meet with you to learn your needs and vision, then prepare a quote.
Contract
Based on our discussion, I provide a detailed proposal and quote for your project. Once you review the terms clearly outlined, we'll sign the contract and you'll pay the 50% retainer fee to make your booking official.
Planning
I require samples of the items I will be personalizing during the event and send photos for your approval to ensure they align with your brand guidelines.
Event Day
I will arrive 30 minutes before the event to meet and greet your team and set up my workstation. Together, we will create unforgettable keepsakes and experiences with your valued clients.
