  • I offer classic and modern calligraphy styles. Each can be tailored to match your event’s aesthetic — from timeless script to contemporary lettering — ensuring your project feels beautifully personalized. Please, I cannot copy another artist’s style.

  • I recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 4–6 weeks before your desired date. This ensures I can reserve time for your project and allow plenty of room for creative collaboration.

  • Turnaround times vary depending on the project size and complexity, but most calligraphy and engraving projects are completed within 2–4 weeks. I’ll always provide a timeline before starting so you know what to expect.

  • I understand that sometimes deadlines come up quickly! Rush services are available depending on my schedule and the project scope. A small rush fee may apply to prioritize your order.

  • The design/setup fee covers the creative prep work — from customizing layouts and testing materials to digitizing artwork and ensuring your project runs smoothly from start to finish. It helps guarantee a professional, high-quality result.

  • Each engraving typically takes about 5–10 minutes per item, depending on the material and design complexity. For live events, I work efficiently to accommodate guests while ensuring every engraving is clean, elegant, and beautifully finished.

  • On average, I can engrave 5–10 items per hour, depending on the level of detail and the type of surface. During live events, I tailor the speed and design options to fit the flow of the activation, ensuring every guest leaves with a thoughtfully personalized keepsake.

  • Foiling usually takes about 5–7 minutes per piece, though intricate details or textured materials may require extra time. For live brand activations or private events, I streamline the process to balance speed with the luxurious, hand-finished quality my work is known for.

  • Bottle painting generally takes 10–20 minutes per bottle, depending on the design’s size and complexity. For on-site events, I offer simplified yet beautiful designs that can be completed within a few minutes, allowing guests to enjoy the experience and take home a unique, personalized piece.

Process

    Once I receive your request, I will respond within 48 hours to discuss rates and any additional booking information.

    Then, I will send a formal proposal with a service agreement to sign and a link to pay your non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on my calendar.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin your project. This allows me to reserve time exclusively for you and begin preparations with confidence.

  • Your deposit officially reserves your spot on my schedule. It covers the time and preparation I invest before your project begins and ensures fairness, as I often decline other clients once your date is secured.

  • Definitely! I work with clients across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. Projects can be shipped or handled digitally depending on your needs.

  • You can either ship your items to my studio or drop them off locally if you’re nearby. I’ll provide detailed instructions to ensure your items arrive safely and are ready for customization.

  • Having a few extra pieces allows me to test ink, placement, or engraving before working on the final product. It ensures your finished pieces look flawless and consistent.
